International Race Management Clinic
Helsinki, Finland 20 – 21 Oct., 2007
The Clinic was hosted by The Finnish Sailing Federation. The instructor was Nino Shmueli (ISR) and the local coordinator was Rolf Zachariassen (FIN).
The clinic was held in Helsinki at the Finnish Sailing Federation building. The conference room and other facilities were excellent.
During the two days clinic the main topics were: Event preparations, Course setting, Start Lines, Finish and the official document as NoR and SI. Also we discussed the ISAF Race Management policies and the rule of ISAF IRO.
29 delegates attended the clinic from Finland (27), Italy (1), Sweden (1), and 4 observers.
The level and experience of participants was very high, all the attendants were very enthusiastic, participating actively in the discussion of the all topics.
