Terms of Reference

15.20.6 The Race Management Sub-committee shall:

(a) administer the International Race Officers programme

(b) recommend to the Race Officials Committee the appointment of International Race Officers in accordance with Regulation 36

(c) disseminate information to and communicate with International Race Officers

(d) develop and conduct seminars for Race Officers

(e) recommend policies regarding conduct of International Race Officers.

(f) strive for consistent and uniform application of rules

(g) propose rule changes to the Racing Rules Committee when appropriate

(h) recommend standards for the Notice of Race, Sailing Instructions, the Sailing Instructions Guide and Guide for Principal Events, to achieve a high and uniform standard

(i) review the championship rules of ISAF Classes and liaise with classes to achieve uniformity

(j) deal with such matters as other ISAF committees' request.
