Southampton Central is the nearest train station an is served by rail servces throughout the UK

From London: South West Trains operate frequent services between Waterloo (via Clapham Jct, Woking, Basingstoke, Winchester, Southampton Airport) and Southampton Central taking a little over an hour. Convenient connections, including Eurostar services to and from Brussels, Paris and Lille, are available at London Waterloo.
