Reactivation of South American Sailing Federation with a women sailor and commission.
Obtained recognition of sailing as a National Sport entailing the Venezuelan Sailing Federation to receive n annual budget for developing and promotion of the sport. Incorporates sailing in Venezuela as part of a youth programme since 1994.
Establishment of seven National Sailing Associations.
