The Clinic took place at Seabank Hotel, Mellieha Bay where the facilities were excellent.

The local coordinator Miss. Anna Rossi was very kind and cooperative.
The Instructor was Nino Shmueli (ISR).

There were 9 attendant from Greece (1), GBR (2 leaves in Malta) and Malta.

Most of the attendants were active during the Clinic, many race management aspects were covered. Most of the attendants were not experienced Race Officers but they are active sailors.

Just after the Clinic, Malta Sailing Federation ran the biggest dinghy event held in Malta, the EuroMed (Opti's and Laser), some of the attendants practiced during the event as Mark layers and on the Signal boat.
