Byte World Championship 2005
Riva del Garda, Trento, Italy

A very beautiful day on Garda Trentino, and the Frenchman Jean Baptiste BERNAZ goes on leading the rankings for this Byte World Championship
Yesterday three more races were sailed, the first driven by the Pelèr, a northerley breeze which deterred the prevailing wind the Ora, from settling in until later on in the day.

The two skippers from Singapore, MING Kwong and HAO Jun came in second and third place after the first race.

Following the light airs during the early afternoon, the Committee were able to commence the second and third starts of the day leading all the competitors to the end of their ninth race.

Not a good day for Davide PORTALEONE; he first did not finish the first race, and then did not start the second. Carlotta FERRARI, the first woman, climbs the rankings and goes from 21 to 18 in the rankings. Today will see the last three races..
