The Frenchman crossed the line in Les Sables d’Olonne at 13:08 GMT today.
It was at 13 hours, 8 minutes and 54 seconds GMT this Thursday 3 March 2005 that the 60 foot monohull Max Havelaar Best Western skippered by Benoît PARNAUDEAU crossed the finish line of the Vendée Globe 2004. The single-handed race without stopovers and without assistance, departing and finishing in Les Sables d’Olonne, France.
